Shredded Pork Chile Verde

Salt and pepper small pork shoulder roast, then brown on all sides in large sauce pan. Pour 1 (14 oz) container of Rojo’s Fire Roasted Tomato & Green Chile Salsa over roast and cook on lowest heat for 3-4 hours or until pork easily shreds, Serve in warm tortillas.
