Cornbread Olé
Mix 1/2 cup Rojo’s Restaurant Style Salsa and 1 egg into 1 (8.5 oz) box of corn muffin mix. Spoon into paper-lined muffin tin and bake as directed on box.

Santa Fe Style Sandwich Spread
Burger & sandwich spread  – Combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup Rojo’s Restaurant Style Salsa.

Pinto Beans Olé
Combine 1 cup of Rojo’s Restaurant Style Salsa with one 15 oz can of Pinto Beans, heat to serve. Olé!

Refried Beans Olé
Combine 1 cup of Rojo’s Restaurant Style Salsa with one 15 oz can of refried beans, heat to serve. Olé!

Fiesta Rice
Prepare 3 cups cooked white or brown rice, stir in 1 cup of Rojo’s Restaurant Style Salsa and serve. Delicious!
