Pico Garden Salad

1 (14-oz.) Rojo’s Pico De Gallo Salsa
1 peeled diced cucumber
1 ctn. grape tomatoes, halved
4 medium mushrooms, cut in quarters
1 Tbsp. each: olive oil and balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp. black pepper

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill before serving. Makes 4 – 6 servings.
