Hot Stuff Cube Steak

1 1/2 lbs. cube steaks
Black pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (15-oz.) Rojo’s Homestyle Fresh Cut Salsa – Hot
Sour cream (optional)
Sliced green onions (optional)

Preheat oven to 300ºF. Season steaks with pepper. Heat oven-proof skillet on stovetop and brown both sides of steaks in oil. Pour Rojo’s Homestyle Fresh Cut Salsa – Hot over steaks, cover and bake at 300ºF for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is very tender. Garnish with sour cream and sliced onions. Makes 6 servings.
